PG wins ICI award 2013 for “A Special Structure in Institutional/ Commercial buildings”.

Ar. Vikram Malik has been conferred with Indian Concrete Institute Award 2013 under “A Special Structure in Institutional/ Commercial Buildings category” for LMT School of Management, Thapar University, Derabassi Campus, Punjab yesterday at JW Marriot Chandigarh. The campus is planned in two mini campuses viz Management and Engineering engendering an energy efficient and sustainable lifestyle.  The design has instigated new ideologies and approach towards campus planning/ designing in the region.


PG wins the STPI (Software Technology Park of India) Mohali National Center project.

PG will be the architect for the first STPI National center in the region. PG aspires to embody the most energy efficient building in the state and has already registered the project for LEED Platinum certification. The building imbibes an eco-responsive design with salient features like passive design, design innovations, energy generation, comprehensive building automation, water harvesting, waste reuse etc. The total built up area for the complex is 1,50,000 Sqft.

PG wins three administrative building projects at Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

PG is designing three flagship projects as part of the government headquarters at the new capital city of Chhattisgarh viz Forest department building, Water department building and PWD department building. Together they will be spread in 10.50 acres of land with total built up area of 4,30,000 Sqft. The building designs are contemporary yet evocative of Chhattisgarh’s culture and heritage. The immaculate designs with intricate works of jali and mural exhibits architects take contemporary take on vernacular architecture.
